thereeper LQ Newbie Registered: Apr 2005 Distribution: Suse 9.3 Posts: 15 Rep:	Terrible Sound on Dell 8500 I recentely installed Suse 9.2 on my dell inspirion 8500 (actually 8600, virtually same computer), and the sound works, but it sounds incredibly flat (i.e not great) compared to when it has the sigmatel drivers working in windows. I have it set as using 16 bit sounds and using ASLA in control center, but my sound still sounds flat, any suggestions to improve the sound quality??
