Telex USB Microphone w/Slack 10 (KDE 2.3.2)

Hi. I am a proud owner of a Telex M-560 USB Microphone. I googled around before trying to get it to work under Linux, and the most information I found was that it was natively supported and should be picked up by the kernel at boot.. WRONG! I tries lspci and it showed nothing about the microphone. Can anyone help me get this microphone working?

I unplugged the mic and plugged it back in and checked dmesg and got this output

hub.c: new USB device 00:1f.2-2, assigned address 9
usb.c: config descriptor too short (expected 8, got 0)
usb.c: unable to get device 9 configuration (error=-22)
hub.c: new USB device 00:1f.2-2, assigned address 10
usb.c: config descriptor too short (expected 8, got 0)
usb.c: unable to get device 10 configuration (error=-22)
