systemd messes up with UPS

I have Smart APC SUA1000I and apcupsd 3.14.14 configured to shut the system down when less that 15% of the battery or less that 5 minutes time remains. After a ~10 minute blackout - peanuts for it, it can hold this box for 30+ minutes, and whole 5 minutes after the mains returned the system went to sleep. It didn't shut down - it went to sleep. I checked the logs and surprise! - it is the frigging systemd again. My next install will be Devuan, but for now I have to live with this abomination, so how can I make it stop messing up things no one asked it to touch and leave it all to apcupsd? There are no systemd-sleep.conf or systemd-suspend.conf files on my system.

Code:
2022-10-07 13:24:42 +0300 Power failure.
2022-10-07 13:24:52 +0300 Running on UPS batteries.
2022-10-07 13:34:31 +0300 Mains returned. No longer on UPS batteries.
2022-10-07 13:34:31 +0300 Power is back. UPS running on mains.

Nobody has responded. Perhaps you should create these conf files and use them to disable systemd ups management (if there is such a thing).

Check your Powersave settings under Power Management. In KDE its: System Settings -> Power Management
By default (if I remember correctly) the system goes into hibernation/suspend if no use for x mins. This is amongst the first settings I disable.
