system time changes

Hello all, anybody knows why my system time sometimes changes? Certain times when I boot linux (debian) the time is shifted couple of hours. I think this effects and changes BIOS time. I know its not a big deal, just change it back, but it annoys the hell out of me!

You have told the system that you are using GMT for the system bios time instead of your local time. I believe it is base-config that you have to run to change it to the proper settings either that or set the bios to the correct GMT time.

All times are GMT -5. The time now is 12:15 PM.
