system mother board not booting
 
when i switch on my system , the front panel LEDs glow , fans start but nothing else happens . there is no startup beep , no display , mouse is not getting on ,nothing happening.
i removed and reinstalled all peripherals , reconfigured BIOS , reinstalled RAM , but no results.
THERE IS NO BEEP EVEN ON STARTING WITHOUT RAM.
i checked my hard disk on other system, its perfect.

plz if neone can help me , i'll be grateful,

Short of checking all your connections I'm not sure there is much you can do here. The beep typically occurs to tell you that the system has sucessfully run it's simple hardware tests at bootup. If you aren't getting a beep and the system is never attempting to boot you most likely have a hardware problem.

Check all your connections (power and otherwise) and see if there are any error code LED's or anything of that nature on your motherboard.

BTW, the system should never post correctly if you remove all the RAM. To post cleanly at the very least you need RAM and a CPU installed properly.
