Angry System locking up

i have a server with redhat 9 and everthing was fine till recently start to freeze.... i have a feeling thats a harware issue. how can i find out whats making it freeze.

PS: i change the rams ,so i can be that
i re-arrange the pci cards


still locking up....any ideas on what to look at ?
