Question System Hang on HP server

Hello...

I was installed CentOS 4.3 on HP DL380G4 for running SMTP and PostgreSQL(V8.1).
Ofcourse I patched broadcom NIC driver tg3 to bcm5700

Few weeks ago, It was hanged without any system log.
(messages, console, etc...)
So, I was update kernel from 2.6.9-34.0.2smp to 2.6.9-42.0.10

But!!, few days ago, It happened again.
Finaly, I moved out PostgreSQL(v8.1) from DL380 to another server. and now, I stay for next hang...

I couldn't guess anymore waht's the reason is.
Is this a Hardware problem??
Anyone know this problem??
please answer me...

Do you see any error messages in the logs?

What does your console screen say when it hangs?
