System clock is fast AND slow....

For school and home I run a triple-boot system with Win98 (kids games), WinXP (school) and RH9 (for everything else)...I noticed about a week ago that my system clock (lower right hand) is exactly 5 hrs behind in RH9 and exactly 5hrs ahead in Win98 and XP.... I've reset all several times...no luck, still the same after reboot/shutdown....I just upgraded my hardware (MB, CPU, RAM) in June so I hoping that the CMOS battery isnt defective, could it be the CMOS battery? Thoughts please...thanks in advance.
