Synaptics Touchpad not working

Dear All,

I made and installed tpconfig, and I changed my init scripts run gpm after tpconfig. But this is what I get when tpconfig runs:

# tpconfig --tapmode=1
fatal: Not a touchpad device.

Also, I don't know about this psmouse module...

# modprobe psmouse
FATAL: Module psmouse not found.

So here's lspci and a bit of dmesg.

# lspci
