Sylvania 7'' Wireless Netbook or cheap Netbook as a "typewriter"??

Hey guys, longtime no see
been busy lately working long hours in a lowly vineyard job..

My writing is getting better and I have been searching for a light, but productive and cheap Netbook that is gonna be no more than a glorified type writer. I simply need a laptop that will function soley as a writing tool.
I saw this setup today for $109 bucks! note the 128mb rm (??)

cheap but maybe not what I need?
Has anyone used one of these things?
does CE come with any Office apps?

I may go with one of the ultra cheap $240 Asus or whatever laptops but what is best as I will of course be installing Slackware to it?
My needs:

word processor with rtf output
lite browsing for email, etc
long battery life
smallish 7-12 inch screen size

are there any good remanufactured laptop dealers anyone knows of??

I set up one of the Sylvania computers for a client. The keyboard is really small. If you want to use it for writing then I would get a computer with a comfortable keyboard.
