Spell out your words. And it would help if you told us what version of SuSE you're using. Have you looked at the manual for your motherboard, to see what kind of chipset the NIC is using? Seems to be using the Realtek 8111E, and if you tried their website, you might have actually found it:

Also, if you're using an older version, it may not have the driver that the newer versions include. Since you don't provide details, it's hard to answer.
