Problems:
Master, PCM and a number of other volume sliders don't have any effect on volume, "Headphones" slider acts like Master Volume (weird, eh?)

Front speakers are silent as grave. Only center, subwoofer and rear speakers work. For example, when watching a DVD movie with 5.1 surround sounds, I can only hear the background voices (people talking, cars driving by).

I tried "aplay -Dfront foo.wav" and it came out from center speaker, "aplay -Drear foo.wav" didn't create any sound.
Speaker-test (can't post an URL, bah!) played all wrong too. "./speaker-test -Dplug:surround51 -c6" played Front Left from Rear Left speaker, and Front Right from Rear Right. Other channels didn't work.

This is driving me nuts, I have absolutely no idea how to deal with this. Could someone help? :(
