SuSE 10 KDE & GNOME switching ?

At initial stage of installing SuSE10, it asks me whether you need KDE , GNOME or others... So I choose GNOME and it seems to be horrible and not at all user friendly and making me annoy when I press the "Applications" (Start in Windows) menu. It dissapears every now and then, if there is any background process.

My question is how can I switch to KDE? Should I have to re-install or any other work around?

To install KDE, go into YaST then Add Software. A subsection should be available for KDE. Installing kde base should install the rest of the dependencies automatically. Then, at your login prompt, press the button for 'Session' and select KDE rather than Gnome before pressing the login button.
