Support for Draytek USB Modem

Hi..

I have a Draytek Minivigor 128 ISDN Modem (waffle) but the thing is that the drivers want to seemingly write to /dev/ttyUSB0 but it gives me an error saying "Operation not permitted".

What can I do about this?
Please hit me back.

Check the permissions on /dev/ttyUSB0.

Hey.. no sorry, it's not working..

I have a copy of Mandrake 9.1, and I still cannot produce any positive results.. HELP HELP me please..

and I'm not familar with hardware tools/programs, so if you would kindly explain how to install this modem step by step, it'd be appreciated.

I'm on Wind0ws at the moment to send this message, because it's the only modem I have - USB MiniVigor 128 ISDN modem.

No I never got a solution to this problem. No matter how much I tried, it would not work. There were so many suggested solutions and none seemed to work
