Strange noise to speakers when doing something!

Hi!
if I move the mouse or try to open something, there is a strange noise on my speakers. It's not loud, but it's still annoying. I have mic turned off. Is there any way how to prevent this?! I hope you understood what I ment. Thank you!

Unplug your speakers!

Actually, I have the same problem, but only when using some gstreamer-based programs. Do you have a riptide audio card?
