Strange Keyboard Problem

Recently i installed FC3 with and i noticed i dont have " - quotes on my keyboard. there is a button but now it writes instead of normal quotes.... ideas?

I guess you can try to check up the locale settings for your keyboard. And the keymap. It might be a possibility that you have a different keyboard locale and map loaded for you otherwise English keyboard. If you are using US English or International English keyboard try to configure your keyboard according to that and I hope you will not see your problem any more.

Strange thing i have it set to U.S International as i used to ( with U.S English it works fine now) in RH9 U.S International was the correct setting for dual language (English+X) keyboards....
