Stolen sound !


Hi there,please suggest how to solve this problem:the only sound which i hear is from my Tv tuner,but i havent turned it on !!!(i have the same in winXP)seems its a buggy ATI's tv tuner, posting there the output of some commands

btaudio: registered device dsp1 [analog],am i right that Tv-tuner stole the audio device from other programs ???,and how i can solve this problem ?
