Starbridge ADSL modem...

Hello!

I have received from my provider a ADSL modem, "Starbridge EU Dual Link". I managed to use it with win98 using the USB connection. Question is: how can I use it under linux? Is there any way to use the USB port, or I'm supposed to buy an ethernet card (modem has both USB and ethernet connections) ?

Thanks in advance,

Marco C.

Hey, if the modem will work with ethernet, save yourself the nightmare of dealing with ethernet over USB, yeah... just buy a network card, I challege you to find one that won't work right out of the box. About half of the USB DSL modems are supported, some in better forms then others... they're a hastle.

Cheers,

Finegan
