Arrow SpeedTouch USB Modem not working with Fiesty Fawn


I have a Thomson Speedtouch USB Modem which is connected by ethranet. Ubuntu 'Fiest Fawn' can find it but i can't access the internet over it. The only info i have about my modem is;

Try http://speedtouch.sourceforge.net/
Better still, throw that piece of c*ap out and get yourself a proper DSL modem / router with ETHERNET connections, and you'll never look back.
Models I have used happily with linux: Zoom X4 & X5, Netgear DG834
