Angry Soundblaster audigy and linux

Do you have any idea how can i install soundblaster audigy at red hat linux? I have speakers that are connected at digital outpout of soundcard and i would like to have them work. Thanks in regard

I was just looking at the second of those threads, which suggests it may not be possible to use digital speakers with the standard RH sound system. But (after a bit of googling) it appears that ALSA ( does support digital output.

There are RPMs for ALSA + RH at

(use link at bottom of screen, then ->Docs->Installing ALSA).
