Sound not working...tried what I know.
 
I have gstreamer installed. I have alsa installed. Alsamixer, vlc, mplayer, noatun, and amarok don't say anything about missing a device. However, I still get no sound.

Does anyone need more info as to what the problem is? I'm stumped, because the problem was usually just the lack of gstreamer, but not this time...

Hi phantom_cyph, Have you tried alamixer? Have you checked the alsa wiki for your card?
