Sound card & webcam

I have a sound blaster pci 128 and a USB logitech webcam. When i plug the webcam the sound card fails and i can´t heard any sound on my pc.

I find that if is unpluged when the computer starts then you plug it
in afterwords then you have sound.

Check this page Phillps and Logitech are the same.

i have changed to mandrake whit gnome and i haven´t got this problem the camera works fine and the sound too
