Sound blaster live problems

I've got a Creative Labs Sound Blaster live 24 bit pci card. I installed it this morning with alsa. Well i rebooted and i got a message saying /dev/dsp is missing, or something like that. Well i cant get it to work now. I've reinstalled alsa, but everytime i run alsamixer i get this error

alsamixer: function snd_ctl_open failed for default: No such file or directory

here is the output of some commands.
