Sound Blaster Card not generating any sound (Debian)

Pretty new to linux so please bear with me.
I've been pretty successful so far with installing everything, however I still can't seem to get any sound. I ran alsaconf and got the following:

Code:

Terminating processes: 4175.
Unloading ALSA sound driver modules: snd-emu10k1-synth snd-emux-synth snd-seq-virmidi snd-seq-midi-emul snd-emu10k1 snd-seq-dummy snd-seq-oss snd-seq-midi snd-seq-midi-event snd-hda-intel snd-seq snd-rawmidi snd-hda-codec snd-ac97-codec snd-ac97-bus snd-pcm-oss snd-mixer-oss snd-seq-device snd-util-mem snd-pcm snd-hwdep snd-timer snd-page-alloc.
Building card database...

Running update-modules...
Loading driver...
Setting default volumes...
Saving the mixer setup used for this in /var/lib/alsa/asound.state.

===============================================================================

 Now ALSA is ready to use.
 For adjustment of volumes, use your favorite mixer.

 Have a lot of fun!

I received no errors or anything, and it said it's supposed to be working fine, however I hear no sound.

Did you open the mixer and checked if no sounds are muted? There is a version of Debian which mutes the sounds by default.

Also check in the mixer panel if you produce stereo sound, not 5.1 surround or so. To be sure, test your speaker in all soundblaster socktets, even line in and mic.
