Sony SuperStation Tape Drive
I am running RedHat Enterprise Server 4.0, and I've installed a Sony SuperStation tape drive, the linux finds the tape drive and assigns it as /dev/hdc but it does not appear anywhere in the dev folder. It shows in the hardware browser as /dev/hdc as well. It does say the drivers are not installed or are built in. Could this be a driver issue or is it something else, any help would be appreciated, we'd like to use it for backing up, but can't get it to work
