Sony NWZ-S615FRED w/ linux?

I'm looking for a ipod nano-like mp3 player. I've looked at the NWZ-S615FRED
which looks promising. Does anyone know if you can add/remove mp3s to it?
Are there any apps that can manage music that are compatible with this player?
what about managing video?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
