superspeedowen LQ Newbie Registered: Mar 2006 Posts: 3 Rep:	Some problems about the installation of PCMCIA socket I am using slackware and am going to install a isa - pcmcia card. The card chipset is Omega Micro 82C365G. I have already installed the pcmcia-cs package but could not recognize the card in lspci. But when i lsmod, it can load the modules of pcmcia_core, but no yenta_socket. When i try to modprobe yenta_socket, it says no such device. Could anybody help me
