Lightbulb slakeware


my system is dual booting .first is redhat 8 and windows2000 server .i want to install slakeware . whether swap memory would be specified or not ..or it taken from the redhat 8

interesting. I'm not sure what your question is. Actually, i'm not sure you actually asked a question. But here it goes...

"slackware" can be configured to use your Red Hat swap partition just fine. Just specify it during the "configure swap partions" part of the slackware installation.

Hi Brijesh

Slackware 9 will automatically recognise your Swap partition - you'll then be given a chance to accept that partiton for use with Slackware
