Angry Slackware 10.1 on a sata hardrive


I can't find my hard drive when I: ls /dev do i need to modprobe something?
Like via_sata?

What do you mean by "can't find my hard drive?"

What do you see, and do you not see that you're
expecting to see?

I don't really know how to help you, or how you've gotten
to whatever point you're at now. Rather than me (or someone
else) asking you a bunch of questions, why don't you give us
some history. Since Slackware-10.1 just came out yesterday,
you couldn't have done too much...

at boot u have to choose the sata.i kernel.

i have the nforce2 chipset and it works

hey i know this should be posted elsewhere but when do you think dropline will introduce a gnome for 10.1?
