slack 9.0 & amd MP chips?


i have an a7m266-d asus board w/ dual cpus. mdk 8.0 & rh 7.2 detected everything except i had smp issues i couldnt fig out how 2 fix. the o/s s detected one cpu as an xp not an mp. w/ the latest release of slack is this an issue?

One of the precompiled slackware 9.0 kernels is going to be smp.i

When installing, choose smp.i from the alternative kernel list and you should be good to go.
