Sizing Minimal hardware requirement for Squid Proxy

I'm sizing to setup Squid Caching Proxy running on Linux for about 1.000.000 subscribers, 30TPS, logs save in 3 month for electronic wallet system.
Can anyone help me to calculate hardware requirements, to get possibly best performance?

If you're putting together a system for 1 million subscribers, why are you trying to save money by getting a 'minimal hardware requirement'?? Further, you don't say anything about your budget, environment, or give us any details. And if you have 1 million users going through ONE proxy server, you need to rethink your entire environment and IT staff. How did you get the job of spec'ing out a system of this scope, if you don't have the basic information needed, without posting on a public forum?

And as you wrote things, this sounds VERY sketchy...as if you you want 1 million people to (somehow) route through your squid system, so you can save logs for an 'electronic wallet'. What, exactly, is your goal? And don't use text-speak when posting.

Using squid proxy is only a temporary solution while waiting for the deployment of layer 7 firewall to filter URLs... So we need to calculate cpu, ram, disk to meet the above requirements in the testing phase of e-wallets

My advice is to hire someone who knows about this stuff and listen to him on budget. From what I gather you need someone who knows about this stuff, because it seems you don't. Sorry to be harsh, but you don't mess with 1 million users.
