SiS900 module in RedHat 8 has a bug

I've installed RedHat 8.0 and the SiS900 module version that is delivered with it is v1.08.04. I've found on a forum that this version has a bug (EERPOM read ffff) that has been corrected in the v1.08.06.
I have no idea how to update this module. Can anyone help me ?

The updated module is in the latest 2.4.20 kernel, you can either wait for redhat to provide one or build your own.
