Question sis 650 problem

hi dear helper

i have got a problem with my sis 650 chipset mainboard(asus p4s333vm) it has an on board sis 650 vga chipset.

i installed debian r3.2 (woody kernel 2.4) i couldnt start xserver and with suse 7.1(kernel 2.4) too i have already downloaded sis 650 linux driver(from asus web site and it says that the driver is for rh7.2-7.3) sis_drv.o-410 i couldnt understand what to do with this file

here i need help for what to do with this file or does it suitable for my debian and suse or where can i find a suitable driver for kernel 2.4

note: 2.6 kernels and kernels above 2.4.20 can automatically see my vga driver as VESA generic driver and i can properly use them
