Shutdown via UPS

I have several servers powered via a single UPS but only one server is controlled (apcupsd) via USB cable.
How can I control the other server ? The USB link is already occupied ...
I want to gracefully shutdown the 'uncontrolled' servers when power fails.

Take a look at the NIS Server/Client Configuration using the Net Driver in the documentation.
