Setting up Watchdog TImer with FC2

I have just purchased a Supermicro server and have installed FC2 on it. Because the box is going to be colocated, I'd like to enable the watchdog timer on the MBoard to reboot the server should it hang for any reason.

Can some one point me to a how-to that will get me started on what I need to do on the linux side. I have done a bit of surfing around but haven't found anything that has been much help.

Thanks.
