I've set up the the RAID using the IBM SERVERAID Manager (on IBM x335 eServer). When installing SUSE8, it allows me to select /dev/sda as my install drive. Does SUSE need to see the RAID device, or should I install to /dev/sda and RAID controller will do the rest ? I have previously installed SUSE using the above method, and after removing 1 of the disks, the system failed to work.

Please advise, thanx.
