setting up one way internet using Skystar2 cards in fedora

I have recently bought a skystar 2 card . I am trying to setup a one way satellite internet setup with DSL for uplink and Satellite for downlink. The card is detected as Skystar 2 card and the frontend is also shown as STV...

How do i move on from here? I tried reading through the forums but nobody has given clearcut steps for configuring. I am in the state of kuwait and will be using hotbird at 13 E
