setting refresh rate in XF86Config

Hi all i managed to get my resolution to run at 1280x1024 but the refresh rate is only 75hz, With my 21" monitor it really rubbish was wondering what lines i put in Xf86Config file to get it too run at 100hz refresh rate?

Thanks

ur refresh rate comes from the horizontal/refresh rates that u set

so u need to set the correct horizontal/vertical rates in ur Xconfig file

regards
