Set bios motherboard: Asus Prime b250-plus: sound, fans

Have Motherboard: Asus Prime b259-plus
CPU: Intel i3-7100

I have looked through the manual and Asus website and don't find help on how to make settings for the bios. The sound quality is not good, and very low for maximum. Would like to see if I can improve upon it. I want it set to stereo.

I'm not sure if this is a hardware or software issue. Do I need to install any drivers for this?

I also want to set the fans. The case fan is way to fast and loud. How would i adjust this manually? What should the cpu fan be set at?

Usually you press the "delete" button or the "F1" button when the Asus logo appears to get access to the BIOS settings.
