SCSI slow speed

Hello!
The system is:
2x Xeon 2.8GHz, 1GB RAM, Adaptec AIC7901A Ultra320 SCSI adapter, 2x36BM Seagate Cheetah;
Red Hat Linux Advanced Server release 2.1AS
kernel linux 2.4.9

Both scsi drives and controller compatible at Ultra SCSI 320. Now drives work at 3.300MB/s! But some time ago it work at 320MB/s.
The server just hasn't been used for a time and moved from one place to another. I didn't find any problems at logs.
