Scsi Raid 1 on live linux CD?

Question:
How do I get a live linux enviroment to recognize a scsi raid 1 array?
Are there any linux live CD's you would recommend?

Why?
My company loaned out a win2k3 server to be used on a temp remote site. When we got the server back, the password had been changed. User who borrowed the server claims to have not changed the password.
Great.
First things first, booted up EBCD. Doesn't recognize the raid. Dunno why, it has the 'correct' drivers.

Next, tryed ERD commander 2005 -- No go

Next, attempting to snag the sam file using plop linux (research turned up ntfs support AND scsi/raid support)

Thanks guys!

Your title is RAID 5, but your first line is RAID 1. Here's a link to recovering a RAID 1 with Knoppix.

If it is a RAID 5 NTFS, I found this link, but it doesn't look very detailed. Maybe the methodology will help though.

Sorry, I've not worked much with RAID arrays, this is all just from a quick google.
