SCSI parity error detected

Hello !

Today my messages told me that there was "SCSI parity error detected".

As I tried

dd if=/dev/sda3 of=/dev/null
dd: reading `/dev/sda3': Input/output error
1961504+0 records in
1961504+0 records out

I got more and more parity errors. What can I do about that. Does it need to be a hardware error ?

Thanks
