Screen flickering randomly

Hello, I have Debian GNU/Linux 11 bullseye (x86-64) Cinnamon 4.8.6 installed on my Lenovo ideapad 110-17IKB. The laptop is a little over 3 years old, so the warranty is not valid(it was 2 years). My screen flickers randomly and I cannot explain why. It happens on occasion and not every time I boot. There is also another problem. Sometimes when I boot, the folders on my desktop are not displayed properly, some folders and files go under the toolbar, so they are not accessible directly, without opening the file manager. Any suggestions are welcome.

You mean the same one with all the 'rats, trojans, and malware' on it?? The one with flaky hardware, with AMAZINGLY similar symptoms to what you're describing?? That one???
