I am facing a issue with all my scanners, All email are delivered so i guess there is no issue from the SMTP. But when i scan 4 page it take about 5 min to relay that from the physical scanner to the smtp relay. I do not know where i must look for troubleshooting this issue.

Based on what you posted, we don't either.

You tell us absolutely NOTHING that would help us, help you...not version/distro of Linux, what email system you're using, what scanner(s) you're using, what you mean by "relay from the physical scanner", if you're using OCR or not, if this has ever worked correctly, etc. If it WAS working and now it's not, then the obvious question to ask yourself is "What changed recently?"

Provide details and we can try to help. And is it related to your OTHER issue with sendmail taking a long time?
