Scanner


hello i have an HP scanjet 2300c
that is not listed in my hardware choices in suse 9.2 and i cannot find anything on hp website for nix driver support. how can i get my scanner to work in suse 9.2?

Your scanner isn't supported by sane. There's a bit of information about driver prospects here.

A quick websearch turns up plenty of threads like yours, but no solutions. The 2300c might be supported at some time by the Genesys backend, but for now it's still being written.
