sata segate dma problems...still


ok, guys and gals... still having serial ata problems when i enable dma. when it's done, i get a spew of errors. the closest thing to this post has been

this person seems to be having the same problem.

i'm using a siig controller card.../dev/hde:

how do i fix the problem? i'm not asking how to turn on dma... i'm asking for a fix, if anyone knows...

i just got an e-mail back from seagate telling me that it isn't the drive, it's the card... typical.
