SATA Driver loading after fstab mount?

Hello,

I am running Debian, and I just installed a 3ware card last month, and i noticed today when i rebooted the 3ware card's drivers load after the fstab mounting the rest of the drives, so it doesnt mount on boot.

How do I move the driver to before it tries to mount the drives?

Thanks

"How do I move the driver to before it tries to mount the drives?"

You include the driver in initrd. here is an explanation of how to do that in Debian.

This will load before it runs the mount points?

Thanks

Yes. Initrd is run before / is mounted. After / is mounted fstab is read and the rest of the mount points are mounted.
