Question SATA drive/PCI adapter link

Anybody know how to programmatically obtain the pci adapter address of a (S)ATA disk drive? That is, how can I link an (S)ATA device (i.e. /dev/hda) to a specific pci adapter (i.e. 0000:01.01.0)?

Of course, with a SCSI device one can use the SCSI_IOCTL_GET_PCI ioctl to obtain this information. Anybody know of an equivalent IDE/ATA command?

Thanks.
