Sandisk Cruzer

ok i relled jacked something up....

i have a sandisk cruzer Ti 512MB and i was working... kind of.. i was lossing information somehow.. i did alitlle searching and found out that others had the same problem and cured it by unmounting it before unplugging it... well by time i figured out how to do that it was to late..

when i would try to delete things it was giving me access denied messages.. so through harddrake i deleted the partition on the USB drive and restarted the PC..

now when i plug it in it doesnt mount or anything... if i go to configure your computer, and look at install hardware i see it on the list under two catogories, hadr drives and other...

anyhow my question is how do i get it working again?

If you deleted the partition on it, you'll probably need to repartition it and create a new filesystem. Were you purposely trying to format it? If not, you may be able to recover the partition table as it was. If so, you should just be able to treat it as a normal block device (i.e. use fdisk to create a partition table and mkfs to format a filesystem). Remember to make a Windows filesystem if you want access from Windows.
