How i said first time i followed the tutorial, but it is didn't work and second time exactly the same and it is work and so OK when i issued commands:
AT+ZOPRT=5
AT+ZCDRUN=8

right now got it my modem recognized by linux in right way 19d x 0031 as modem

I told yes everything working right now i can connect and USB dongle working very well.
The all problem was insert commands to hyperterminal i just retried to do same operation few times and finally i got Ok when insert commands to USB stick.
